Maria is a creative person with a great passion for cooking. Growing up, she was fortunate enough to work at her family restaurant which led her to develop amazing culinary and management skills. Moreover, having travelled a lot has influenced her traditional Mexican cuisine to different culinary cultures. 

 

The idea of ​​becoming a caterer was born at the suggestion of her colleagues while she was working for a consulate in Montreal. With Lucanas Gourmet, the customer can buy a nutritious, simple and delicious meal.
